Chateau Big Bear Boutique Hotel, BW Signature Collection, Big Bear Lake

I had a lovely stay at this charming property! The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was genuinely warm and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I loved having the heated pool to myself for a few hours, but the breakfast was the real highlight. However, the location is a bit away from the main village area, although parking there wasn't an issue. Overall, a great getaway with a quaint atmosphere!
